#1: Make sure the omelet is slightly firm on top before you go for it – or you might get egg on your face! 😉
#2: Check that the omelet slides in the pan before the flip – because stuck omelets don’t fly.
#3: Dip the nose of the pan, before pushing the pan away from you and up with your wrist. And, keep your eye on it for a successful catch.
